In consideration of and as an inducement to the acceptance of my application for training membership by this company, do hereby waive and release, indemnify, and hold harmless Beyond The Border Pet Services and its agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, successors, members, and assigns, of and from any claims I or any person accompanying my training lesson. I hold Beyond The Border Pet Services harmless of expenses, causes of action, lawsuits, damages or liabilities, or any action caused by any dog, including my own, provided that this waiver of liability does not apply to any acts of gross negligence or intentional, willful or wanton misconduct.
By this Waiver, I assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury, death, or damage to personal property, my dog, or friends/family with dog training, including but not limited to temporary or permanent damage, unsatisfactory results from said training being provided to me, and personal property damage.
The provision of this Waiver and Release will continue in full force and effect even after termination of the Services being provided to me, whether by agreement, by operation of law, or otherwise.
Talent release:
I authorize Beyond The Border Pet Services to use my names and animals' names and pictures in all areas of advertising media.
I have read, understand, and fully agree to the terms of this Waiver and Release. I understand and confirm that by agreeing to this Waiver and Release, I have given up future legal rights. I have agreed to this Agreement freely, voluntarily, under no duress or threat of duress, without inducement, promise, or guarantee being communicated to me. My agreement is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional Waiver and Release of all liability to the full extent of the law.
