Equipment
Select Skill Series come with equipment costs factored into the program and owners will receive detailed lessons on how to utilize this equipment. Clickers, leashes, or training tools like prongs and e-collars may be included in your skill series. Additional equipment may be recommended for purchase depending on your dogs evolving needs within your time with us. Clients will be required to provide their own treats for their dog to avoid agitating allergies.
Refund Policy
Beyond the Border Dog Training maintains a no-refund policy for all training programs once payment has been made and services have begun.
This policy ensures that trainer time, scheduling, program preparation, and reserved training slots are respected.
However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise.
Refunds or service credits may be considered only under special circumstances, such as verified medical conditions (dog or owner), safety concerns, or situations that make continuation of training impossible. These exceptions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing.
Missed sessions, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal availability are not eligible for refunds, though rescheduling options may be offered when possible.
By enrolling in any training program, clients agree to this policy.
